Refunds are applicable when the product received is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description on the website. Refund requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery with supporting photographs of the issue.

03Inspection & Approval
Once the return is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 48 hours of inspection.

05Partial Refunds
In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted at our discretion. This may apply to products that show signs of use, products not in their original packaging, or products returned after the eligible return window.
06Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the actual shipping cost incurred by Dune Foods may be deducted from your refund amount.
07Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at dunefood811@gmail.com and we will arrange a replacement subject to availability.
